Made from 30% Macabeo, 30% Parellada and 40% Xarel•lo grape varieties and aged in the bottle for between 1 and 2 years at a constant temperature of between 12 and 14ºC in underground cellars, this wine is protected from natural light and sounds. The result is a wine of golden colour with hints of green with a fine and long lasting mousse.
This is a truly refreshing, lively Cava; its aromas are fresh and its flavours are of citrus fruit and ripe melon and peach. The palate is dry and it has a well balanced gentle acidity. Best served chilled between 5 and 7ºC it makes for a perfect aperitif, or an ideal accompaniment to pasta, seafood and shellfish, smoked fish, baked or grilled fish, white meats, and most rice dishes.
