Coghlans chef Russell Housley has made it to the final 4 of the David Lyell Scholarship competition for his excellent patisserie creations in chocolate. The list of finalists are:

Jaillin Argent, The Harrow at Little Bedwyn
Camilla Dignan, Sheffield City College
Russell Housley, Coghlans Cookery School
The final takes place at Westminster Kingsway College on the 7th November 2009.
