This is an informal event where we hope that guests will meet like minded people and enjoy great food and a glass of wine from the professional team at Coghlans Cookery School. All hosted events at Coghlans are catered for by our team of highly skilled professionals, including Simon Lilley head Chef, a Master Chef of Great Britain and Russell Housley, Second Chef, runner up in the Master Chef young Pastry Chef of the year 2009 and finalist in the 2010 competition.
Guests will receive a welcome drink and a 3 course seasonal menu of the highest quality.
A typical menu would be :
- A platter of Smoked Salmon served with traditional accompaniments, black pepper and lemon
- Breast of Chicken filled with sun blush tomatoes and forest mushrooms with a light red wine sauce
- Green beans and Parmentier potatoes
- Trio of fine desserts
A glass of wine will be served to accompany lunch and all for the price of only £20.00 per head.
