The chefs have created a stunning menu for the New Zealand food and wine dinner on Friday 28th May 2010.

 
Selection of Seafood and Shellfish served on platters with Lemon Mayonnaise and Black Pepper to include Langoustines, King Prawns, Green Lipped Mussels and Sea Bass.

Duo of Sauvignon Blanc wines from Marlborough

Smoked Sea Trout with a tomato and caper compote with warm almond and Honey dressing. Crushed New Potatoes with lemon and butter.

Highfield Estate Chardonnay Marlborough

Soft poached fruit with soft meringue and a passion fruit dressing with fruit glaze

Late Harvested Marlborough Riesling

Kikorangi Blue Cheese wrapped in Pancetta with Baked Figs
