Events wine tastings

Some tasty looking food is on the menu of our tasting dinners. With the assistance of chefs from the countries we have created the following menus :

South American Dinner: May 26th

Char grilled Cajun Spiced Salmon served on a corncake
Argentine Fillet of Beef with a tomato, Chile and Red Pepper Salsa
Venezualan Chocolate and Brasil Nut Tart with a rich caramel Sauce
Coffee and Coghlans Chocolates

South African Dinner : May 27th

Smoked Snoek Fish Bobottie
A duo of Lamb with Sweet Potato mash and fine Kenya Beans
A tasting Platter of Cape fruit desserts
Kenya Blue Ridge Coffee with hand made Chocolates
