Selection of Hot and Cold Canapes

The Proposal
Caramelised Onion Tart Tatin with Creamed Goats Cheese and crisp air-dried Ham

The Engagement
Seafood Cannelloni on wilted Spinach scented with Basil and a herb Butter Sauce

The Marriage
Pan-fried Beef fillet with a red wine Jus, Potato Dauphinoise and medley of Vegetables

The Honeymoon
A tasting platter of Chocolate Desserts
