Winter days often frosty, but are usually mild overall. All fruit from the Wairau Valley, sourced from 3 sub-regions; 25% Dillons Point, 25% Brancott Valley, 50% Spring Creek. Free draining alluvial loam over gravelly sub-soil, pockets of deep silt Mechanical harvested, early morning. Cool fermented in steel tanks with extended lees contact. No oak, no malolactic fermentation.

Cliff Edge Sauvignon Blanc shows a complex palate of tropical fruit, green pepper and freshly picked peas leads to a crisp, mineral edge on the finish.

Cliff Edge is produced from selected vineyard sites in Marlborough’s Wairau Valley where the stoney, free draining alluvial soils restrict leaf growth and encourage healthy grape production.
