Coghlans Cookery School have just announced a new date for the Level 2 General Cookery Course.
This 4 day intermediate course starts 5th September 2011 and costs £220.00 per student. This is the follow-on course to our 8 week general cookery course.
This course typically includes (may vary): Canapes, salmon terrine, pate, beef wellington, tournedos of Salmon with king prawns, roast rack of lamb, macaroons, brulees, choux buns and chocolate fondants.
During the 4 weeks you will cook a selection of more advanced dishes to build your skills and confidence.You will cook two dishes each week with more detail on the finishing of the dishes. This course is designed for those people who have completed the 8 week General Cookery Course and are wanting to progress to the next level.
