Cookery School refit underway at Coghlans

Cooking miele cookery school new cookery school

Work has finally started on the brand new cookery school at Coghlans in Chesterfield. The kitchen is being totally gutted for the new Miele sponsored cookery school which is scheduled to be launched next week. The electrical supply has been upgraded and the new extraction & air conditioning is almost ready for commissioning.

The new design and appliances by Miele are stunning and will make Coghlans the most up to date cookery school in the country. The new layout will improve work flow and the Miele appliances are second to none (sorry – but students will not be able to blame their equipment!).

To keep you updated on the new designs and progress don’t forget our twitter feed by Janet Coghlan.

Here are a couple of photos from the past day to show the work which has happened in the kithen so far :

The new units start to appear at 10.00am – each needs to be accurately positioned to ensure the design fits the space
