I received the menu for tomorrow nights dinner with Michelin Chef Neil Jewell just 10 minutes after finishing my homemade cheese sandwich which suddenly seemed totally inadequate …

Neil and Simon are in the kitchens preparing at the moment and the aromas wafting up to the office are amazing. No wonder Matt is flying back early from his holiday in Spain to be here for the event!
