All the way from South Africa we are delighted to have Neil Jewell as guest chef in our kitchens today. Neil Jewell, the Charcuterie Guru at Bread & Wine, is the inspiration behind the perfectly balanced, seasonally influenced and surroundings inspired, menu. His passion lies in his homemade Charcuterie that he prepares with mountains of patience and bucket loads of love.
Here we see Neil and a keen group for his Charcuterie demonstration. What he can do with half a pig is staggering … not a bacon butty in sight!
