The theme keep cool not only looks at the cooler climate wine growing areas such as north and south island New Zealand, the Colchagua valley in Chile and Frankland river, Australia but we take a look at some red wines served from the fridge.
Tonight we experiment with how temperature influences the taste of our wine not only environmental temperature but the temperature at which we serve it.
