A huge plasma screen is due to be installed into the event room at Coghlans – this will allow events to be viewed live from the kitchen in the tasting room. We are hoping to make more of the CCTV system in coming months – we have captured some interesting images already – the new software will allow us to bring you all the events and activities in the kitchen as pod casts.
