Russ traveled to London on Saturday to compete in the finals of the David Lyle Scholarship. Presenting two dishes (Tart Tatin and his signature Chocolate Teapot) to the judges Russ blew them away with his Chocolate Teapot to make it into the final 2.
He has had to make the 500 mile round trip again today for the awards ceremony where the winner will be announced. This is a fantastic achievement considering the quality of the competition including some working under Michelin star rated chefs.
