Top stuff from Russ coming second in the national David Lyle competition in London. His chocolate teapot scored top marks but was let down by his tart tatin with no thanks to some mis-information from one of the judges on the time remaining to service.
Anyways, considering the stiff competition this is still a fantastic result for Russ and great reward for all his work in helping develop our cookery school courses this year.
