The Wine Journal allows you to record in detail 52 of your great wine experiences including the retention of the label for future reference. Available in two colours, St James Red and Onyx Black, the journal has been produced to a very high standard both in terms of materials used and design.

Each journal includes 15 extra large (165mm x 133mm) wine label removers. These allow you to remember those exceptional bottles of wine.

The wine journal includes an interesting explanation of the wine making process. It reviews 19 different grape varieties and provides a useful A-Z glossary of wine terminology. Within the wine journal's 126 pages can be found the Aroma Wheel - a great tool that helps translate taste experience into descriptive words.

Instructions to use the Wine Journal:

1. cut the label to size and peel away the Wine Label Remover from its backing.

2. apply Wine Label Remover to the bottle’s label ensuring that you have no air bubbles or creasing, and then rub thoroughly with a cork or similar utensil.

3. wait four to five minutes for the special adhesive to apply itself properly and then, beginning with one corner, carefully peel off!

4. apply Wine Label to the page opposite your own tasting notes

5. record your personal opinions regarding the sight, aroma and taste together with price paid, the occasion enjoyed and the food that it accompanied.

6. your record is now complete and can be used for future reference by both friends and family.
