At the Sorbaiano Estate, on the hills of Montecatini Val di Cecina (Pisa), special care is taken in the vineyard cultivation and high technology in the processing of the must and the wines obtained from the grapes gathered, produce an extremely complex wine.

Straw coloured with green reflections. Fine and intense fragrance with varied and rich fruit scents. Dry and soft but fresh and lively taste, pleasantly thirst- quenching.

Cape Maclear Chenin Blanc
Light to medium straw colour with a green tint. Fresh tropical fruit flavours of passionfruit, melon and pineapples are dominant with background hints of fresh citrus adding to this complex, inviting nose. Ripe fruit flavours present a generous rich palate, well balanced by a crisp acidty.

Leuwenkop Pinotage Cabernet
Dark purple colour, aromas of violets, banana, intense red berry fruit and smoky gaminess. Rich, bold, plush yet elegant with a lingering aftertaste. Very drinkable now, but will mature for up to 2 years.

Leuwenkop Chardonnay
A rich gold green colour, this wine provides a multi-layered complexity both on the nose and palate. The nose combines the perfumed citrus characters that were a result of the cooler ripening period with ripe tropical fruit and integrated vanilla oak. The palate is soft, rich, and full showing structure and a lingering acid finish.

Nero d Avola Red:
The wine offers a sensation of complex fruitiness resembling that of cherries preserved in spirit, alternating with pleasant and highly persitent hints of spices. This full bodied wine expresses itself best when served with oven roasted meats, savoury sauces and game.

Primitivo Red:
Relatively dark in colour but brilliant ruby red. The Torre Solaria Primitivo offers expansive and persistent hints of fully ripe red fruits on the nose. Dry with a fine structure and outstanding roundness. It shows a complex fruitiness on the palate that is long and sublime.

Chateau Puy la Rose - This wine should be drunk after some years when the magnificent aromas of blackcurrant and cedar wood are revealed. This is a finer cabernet sauvignon, and the age makes it perfect at this time
