Colour : intense ruby red

Nose : small black berries (blackcurrant, blackberries) violet, hints of liquorice.

Palate : soft attack with aromas of red fruit. The backbone of the wine is its minerality. The finish is long and spicy.

Grapes : Syrah

Soil : slightly acid granite on the right bank of the Rhone, on the foothills of the Massif Central.

Vinificatoin : grapes are destemmed, maceration for about 20 days. Extraction made by pumping over and punching down.

Maturing : in oak barrels and vats for 12 months before bottling.
