A fine sparkling AOC wine developed in the region of Saumur by Remy Pannier Ackerman
Grapes : Chenin, Chardonnay and Cabernet.
Vinification : the base wines come 100 % from the Ackerman Rémy Pannier wine productions. Elaborated using the traditional method, characterised by a second fermentation in the bottle, Saumur brut 1811 is then aged for at least fifteen months at a fresh and constant temperature in the Ackerman cellars. This method guarantees the quality, finesse and persistence of the bubbles.
Colour : luminous salmon-coloured tender rose colour.
Nose : red berries (raspberry-red currant) with sniffs of thyme-lemon.
Palate : the fragrances of the nose can be found with a freshness that gives the impression of munching fruit, a mouth combining nervousness and sweetness, very persistent.
Serve with : sweet-and-sour Asian cooking, roasted breast of chicken with a mushroom or grape cream sauce, strawberry tart, soup of red fruits.
