Santa Loreto Carmenere Cabernet Sauvignon

The Carménère grapes are harvested at the end of April while the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are harvested in the middle of April. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at temperatures ranging from 26° to 28°C during a seven-day period. Both varieties are fermented separately and then blended together. Prior to bottling, the blend is stabilized and filtered carefully to keep all the fruit.

Its aromas remind us of ripe reds fruits with intense notes of pepper. In the mouth it is soft and round with sweet tannins.
