The grapes are crushed and fermented with selected yeast for 10 days in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. It remains aging for 3 to 6 months in North American oak barrels.

Salton Barolo shows intense purple color (ripe mulberry). Aromas of smoke, chocolate, dried black plums, vanilla and ripe fruit. Full-bodied and well-balanced wine. Excellent and long chocolate and herbs aftertaste.

Serve with : Red meat, game meat, pork, duck, goose, heavy pasta and strong cheese. Also goes well with milk chocolate.
