A complete over-haul of the winery now sees winemaker Adam Pemune creating all his wines in stainless vats and then carefully using French Oak barrels to soften and mature the wines. Spur pruning and cover cropping ensures maximum fruit expression for each varietal and a weight and depth of flavour not associated with wines in this price range.

Rocky Hill is the UK label for Adam's "DE" range you may see if visiting Australia or the USA

Colour : pale straw gold colour.

Nose : creamy rich peach and citrus lemon aromas.

Palate : fine balance of lemon and tropical citrus fruit flavours (pineapple and melon), rounded with a hint of oak to give a long, clean and fresh finish.

This is a great, fruity drinking style of Australian Chardonnay
