Pirie Non Vintage is the latest development of a project that began when the inaugural 1995 Vintage Pirie was launched to international acclaim: Matthew Jukes declared it as the greatest sparkling wine ever produced outside of champagne. To produce a consistent and full flavoured cuvée from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, boasting complexity from base wines produced from the unique sparkling terroirs of the region.

The colour is a yellow/gold with a fine and quite vigorous mousse. Typical bready, toasty notes on the nose display the autolysis characters from lees age. Vibrant, lemony acidity supports a pleasant richness in the mouth with creamy mouth feel and a strong finish.
