The colour is a pale lemon/gold. Typical lime blossom aromatics are cut with a hint of fennel and slate. The palate is powerfully dry, tight and steely with a slight phenolic bite on the finish, giving away little of it’s future development.

Strict selection of fruit from low yielding vines was employed to produce a wine which would have the complexity of classic white burgundies and the structure to allow graceful ageing over 3-5 years while always reflecting it’s northern Tasmanian origins.
