In recognition of McLaren Vale’s tradition of supplying other varieties and regions with our finest red grape, this Pertaringa Shiraz is named Undercover. The Undercover is made from old vine Shiraz fruit hand-selected from Pertaringa’s five decade old vineyard and made by winemakers Geoff Hardy and Ben Riggs. Pertaringa hopes that this very bottle of Undercover can reveal the essence of McLaren Vale Shiraz.

Pertaringa Undercover Shiraz is a deep plum ruby colour with exuberant fragrant aromas of dark cherries and blackberries. The palate continues to impress with an array of juicy black fruits framed by savoury elements and balanced by fine grained oak tannins.
