Les Domaines Paul Mas consist of several vineyards totalling 100 hectares. Among them the Enclos de Nicole, 22 ha, offers a unique soil and microclimate, located on the hillside of the Hérault valley: the soil on the higher part of the vineyard is composed of clay and chalk with fossils and the lower part has deeper clayey-chalky soils.

This property belongs to Paul Mas family who has a wine making tradition of over 100 years. In the past 20 years major investments have been made in order to acquire state of the art vinification and ageing equipment. Merlot, Syrah, Mourvedre, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Cinsault, Chardonnay and Viognier are the grapes varieties planted on the estate.

Colour: Bright gold yellow with green tints

Nose: Very elegant with a quintessence of mango, pineapple and vanilla aromas with a hint of floral notes and toasted bread.

Palate: Rich and powerful with a long persistence finishing on fruity notes

Cellaring: In the first five years you will enjoy its fruit aromas which will then turn into more matured aromas. It will age well for at least 8 years.
