Winemaking process is carried out in stainless still tanks. Up-dated technology is used in this process. Fermentation at a low temperature with selected yeasts complete this process, achieving a very fruity fresh wine. Aged without oak.

Very brilliant yellow-greenish tonalities. Fruit-bearing and very delicate aromas that remember roses and jasmine.

Good acidity. Appropriate to accompany seafood, slight and cold plates.
