Hand harvested in small baskets, selected lots of grapes are used for this wine. With special vineyards conduction to obtain a deep flavour concentration. Cold maceration takes place before fermentation for 48 hours. Winemaking process is carried out in stainless steel tanks and macerated for 15 to 20 days. The new wine, after malolactic fermentation,is aged for twelve months in new oak. 80% American Oak & 20% French Oak Barrels. This wine is aged 4 months in bottles before release.

Winemakers Comments:- “Elegant Style, with lovely boysenberry and raspberry fruit, and plenty of vanilla, spice and chocolate shadings too. Lengthy, focused finish. All these notes give elegance and complexity to the wine. Very sweet but consistent tannins. We recommend this wine to be served with red meats, lamb, Italian pasta or French cheeses.”
