To obtain this wine, we have selected the most balanced and concentrated grapes looking for the best varietals expression. We have chosen cluster by cluster & grain by grain. The wine has 10 days of fermentation and 15 days of maceration post fermentation. Aged for 20 months in French Oak Barrel (First Use)

Winemakers Comments:- “This wine has a complete harmony in color, aroma, flavor and aftertaste. Combined with the elegance of French oak where it matured for 20 months. Paul Hobbs & Rolando Luppino best selection of 40 best oak barrels by of Malbec, characterized by an intense red with notes of violets and plums, sweet tannins. Malbec was combined with a touch of the best Cabernet Sauvignon to give more consistency through the tannins. Ripe, juicy raspberry fruit. Lovely boysenberry and raspberry fruit, and plenty of vanilla, spice and chocolate shadings too. Fairly round and inviting. Elegant Style.”
