Wineamkers Comments:- “Lots of ripe green apples, pineapple and mango fruit here, with fresh, racy acidity harnessing it all together. Judicious toast, and a nice lengthy finish. An easy drinking wine for its strong varietal characters, and a soft touch of oak.

The wine goes well with seafood, and poultry in delicate sauces.

From an estate located on one of the best wine-growing areas in Mendoza, a fine dry Chardonnay of great quality can be grown here, harvested at the best maturation point and after a careful grape selection. The winemaking process is carried out in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation at low temperatures with selected yeasts complete the process, achieving a very fresh, fruity wine.
