The Negroamaro grapes are delicately pressed and destalked. Maceration lasts about 6 hours and extracts the aromas, a small part of the colouring substances and extreemly few tannins. Vinification is carried out at controlled temperatures with the objective of maintaining the typical character of the aromas and flavour of the future wine.

The Rosato wine displays a pink colour tending to cherry red of medium intensity. The delicately fruity flavour on the nose is very fragrant, full and intense with notes of cherries and red fruits. Masseria Altemura Rosato has a good and appealing structure and is followed by a fruity and persistent aftertaste.

Serve with the whole meal. This Rosato Rose is particularly adapted to savoury appetisers, vegetable soups and introductory dishes of fish as well as soft cheeses.
