The grapes are delicately pressed and destalked. Skin contact lasts about 8 weeks during which the wine acquires its personality. With vinification completed, the wine matures for 12 months in small oak barrels, followed by an additional period of fining in the bottle.

The Masseria Altemura Negroamaro shows a drak ruby red colour in the glass. The nose is full and intense with notes of cherries, ripe red fruit, jam and a light spicy sweetness with scents of coffee and cacao. This Negroamaro Italian wine has a rounded, balanced and extremely pleasant flavour with a light almondy note on the finish.

Perfect with red meats and with herbed and aged cheeses
