Made in the late-harvest style of rich, sweet dessert wines for which Romania is traditionally known.

The late-harvest plumpness combined with the spicy edge (from the Traminer part of the variety) affords and delicious, enticing and all-round wine which draws you into it's complex nature.

Ideally served with spicy foods and highly seasoned dishes (Chinese, Thai etc) where the spiced notes and sweetness work in harmony.
