Crafted from Shiraz grapes to provide a fuller, intense drinking experience which is reflected in the 13.5% alcohol.

The darker skinned Shiraz grapes provide a bright, reddish pink tone. The nose shows strong tropical notes of pineapple with hints of lemon peel to taste.

The ripening of the grapes is monitored and the grapes are regularly tested for the right flavour profile before harvest. The Shiraz portion is taken as free run juice direct after cruching and fermented dry. Both the white components are from selective vineyards and after fermentation selected for the blend.

Soft and juicy tannins make this raspberry, plum and blackberry rich wine a real delight. Complimented with a hint of Christmas spice, this wine is perfect for Indian cuisine, pizzas, tomato based pastas and enjoying with good friends.
