Fresh, crisp and vibrant. Lutzville Chenin Blanc is a delicious concoction of apples, pears and a hint of guava. The elegant crisp lime finish makes this a fantastic wine for all occasions, sharing with friends or served with meals. Try with spicy Asian cuisine and fish dishes. Best serve chilled.

Grapes for this Chenin Blanc come from selected low yielding vineyards in the cool climate Lutzville Valley. Once the grapes arrive at the winery, the fruit is gently pressed and only the free run juice is used. Using selected yeasts the juice then undergoes cold fermentation at 14 degrees Celsius for 2 weeks to retain its fruity character. This wine sees no oak maturation but rests on the less for 3 months to improve body and texture. The wine is stored in stainless steel tanks for optimum freshness. This wine is produced and bottled in South Africa.
