Founded in 1903 in Nuits-Saint-Georges by Alexandre de Mayol de Lupé and Felix de Cholet, today our house House still shares the motto of its founders: "Obtaining the best from the combination of terroir, vines and men, resulting in wines characterized by their uniqueness."

Boasting nearly 24 hectares of vines in Chablis and in Côte d'Or, we also make a complete selection of prestigious appellations of the vast Burgundy and the Côtes du Rhône. Our selection is completed by vins de pays and vins de table.

Viviers is the name of a small village within the Chablis vineyard area. It's château was built in the early 17th century, and its wines acquired a reputation at that time by being served at royal tables. The vineyard, which was decimated by phylloxera, was resuscitated by Lupée Cholet as from 1984. They acquired additional vines, including this half-hectare holding in Blanchot.

Pouilly and Fuisse are two distinct villages in the Maconnais. The large wine area actually covers 4 villages to produce a good white wine sold under the name of Pouilly Fuisse.

A crisp, lighter style fo Chardonnay witha subtle floral aspect with tones of heated apples, pears, cinnamon and lemon on the finish.

Puligny-Montrachet is a commune in the departement of Cote d Or in France. The hill between the vikkages of Puligny and Chassagne is one of the most famous vineyard sites in the world. As with other Burgundy villages, both Puligny and Chassagne now officially append the name of their most famous vineyard to their own names.

Typical lean mineral elegance encapulates the Lupe Cholet Puligny Montrachet. The nose features an oatmeal edge and a subtle smoky nuance. Perfectaly balanced finished with layers of apricots and almonds.

The village of Nuits Saint Georges gives its name to the Cote de Nuits. The Cote de Nuits starts just south of Dijon to the edge of Cote de Beaune.
