The Blanc de Blancs vintage is only produced in small quantities because it is created exclusively from a selection of the very finest crus from the Louis Roederer vineyard in the Cote des Blancs. To preserve its delicacy and freshness, this exquisite champagne undergoes no malolactic fermentation and the pressure inside the bottle is reduced to four atmospheres, instead of the usual six

Golden yellow colour with bright green highlights. Intensely fruity nose with lush aromas of ripe fruits (melon, mango) and crisper scents of apple and orange overlaid by the mineral tones typical of Chardonnay.

Full-bodied, creamy palate, with light but mouthfilling substance still dominated by those pure smoky, mineral tones of young Chardonnay. Crisp, long, sappy finish.
