This is the second wine of Chateau Falfas located in the Cotes de Bourg wine region of Bordeaux. This wine is produced Bio-Dynamically to ensure consideration to the environment and a purity of wine in the glass.

Les Demoiselles de Falfas is crafted from vines up to the 10th year after planting (70 % Merlot, 25 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 5 % Cabernet Franc) to create a younger, more approchable style of Bordeaux red wine.

Assembled and aged in vats between 6 to 8 months and bottled, generally after fining.

Best enjoyed young and up to 6 years after harvest
