The Launois Blanc de Blancs is 100% Chardonnay from Grand Cru classed vineyards at Mesil, Oger, Cramant and Avize. The wine is crafted with 10% of older wine from the previous vintage and spends 4 years on the lees sediment after vinification has finished in stainless-steel.
