Following a pre-fermentation maceration to ensure maximum extraction of colour and aromas, the must is fermented in stainless steel deposits for 10 days at 26º C. The wine is aged in American oak for four months to give it a touch of clean wood.

Lovely violet red colour. Nicely floral with red/black berry fruit (bing cherry), hints of graphite and a touch of dried herbs/grass. Flavours of fresh tasty fruit, with a touch of dry grass/hay and well-defined tannins on the finish.

Food Matches: Recommended with most types of traditional Spanish tapas.
