This wine spent 100 days in new American and French oak barrels with its lees and was periodically stirred to intensify its aromas that, together with the support of the wood, give the wine a balanced complexity and elegance.

Colour: Very clean and bright, a pale colour with greenish sparkles

Nose: Intense, complex aromas that harmonise ripe fruit and the well integrated noble wood.

Palate: On the attack, it is smooth and fresh, with well-integrated acidity. It is ample and flavourful, leaving a pleasant aftertaste.

Food Matches: Matches perfectly with any class of seafood, fish and grilled vegetables.
