Vinification: After 36 hours of maceration at 12ºC, the must was cleared by decanting and put to ferment for 12 days between 12ºC-18ºC, ensuring the fruit aromas were preserved. Before bottling, the wine is stabilised for 7 days at -5ªC.

Bottling: After alcoholic fermentation, the wine was racked and cleaned by fining in concrete tanks sealed on the inside in which the decanting process was facilitated. Afterwards, the wine was ready for filtering and bottling.

Colour: Strawberry-hued centre with a slightly cupped edge. Intensity is high, which is achieved in a rosé made by the traditional method of drawing off the must through gravity.

Nose: Intense fruit aroma, with a predominance of strawberry and a little banana. Very pleasant.

Palate: Shows freshness on the assault. On the aromatic level, it expresses fresh fruit on the passage through the mouth. Well-integrated acidity.

Food Matches: Salads and vegetable dishes, steamed and grilled fish and white meat dishes.
