The Harvest: A hot, dry summer meant that alcoholic ripening was faster than usual. By mid-September, with approximately 5% of the harvest underway, saw some rain which helped ease the stress on the vines and balanced alcoholic and fenolic ripening levels. The lack of diseases helped vines to maintain their healthiness contributing to obtain high quality grapes.

Vinification: After de-stemming the grapes to free the must, they were placed in deposits to undergo cold maceration at 10ºC for 24 hours. The grapes were then pressed to separate the must from the skins. Before being bottled, the wine is placed in temperature-controlled tanks at -5ºC.

Colour: Very clean and bright, with greenish sparkles.

Nose: Intense, complex aromas with ripe fruit.

Palate: On the attack, it is smooth and fresh, with well-integrated acidity. It is fine and flavourful, leaving a pleasant aftertaste.

Food Matches: Matches perfectly with grilled fish and any kind of seafood.
