Our Merlot vines are grown in the Minervois AOC geographical limits (east of Carcassonne) which climatic conditions enable us to get the best possible ripeness.

Colour: Deep purple colour with bright ruby tints

Nose: Intense plum, blackberry, toasted oak flavours notes underlined soft spices and mulberry aromas.

Palate: Full bodied with present but smooth tannins, rich mouth feel. Ripe red berries flavours on the middle palate, roasted coffee and spicy notes on the long and elegant finish.
