La Forge wines are made by Domaines Paul Mas from grapes mainly grown at the Domaine La Forge in the Languedoc. The main part of the vineyards is located on the East of the city of Carcassonne in the Languedoc. We also harvest grapes from other vineyards located nearby Limoux and Pézenas. Our Cabernet Sauvignon vines are grown in the Minervois AOC geographical limits (east of Carcassonne) which climatic conditions enable us to get the best possible ripeness.

Colour: Deep garnet red colour with bright ruby tints

Nose: Intense red berry flavours (raspberries), red pepper and tobacco notes underlined with cocoa and spicy vanilla aromas.

Palate: Full bodied with smooth tannins. Ripe cherry flavours on the middle palate, vanilla and spicy notes on the long and fruity finish.
