This particular cuvee is made from Gamay grapes grown in the 'climat' of 'La Chapelle des Bois' lying on the slopes above the village. The wine is vinified in stainless steel and bottled in the Spring following vintage. This is quintessential Fleurie - soft, juicy and velvety with delicious summer fruit flavours...
