The most adventurous wine so far from Fattoria Michi. A third each of Vermentino, Chardonnay and Sauvignon grape varieties. It has been fermented and then aged in small barrels for 6 months.

Vigneto del Cavaliere has alight buttery nose and the palate is beautifuly creamy and lightly oaky with a soft acidity and a firm finish. A lovely rounded textured wine with finely integrated oak.
