Don Cristobal White is a combination of Chardonnay, Chenin and Viognier which results in a lively and charming white wine with a bright yellow colour with green highlights. The nose is reminiscent of ripe citrus and tropical fruits and achieves an ideal balance thanks to to its fresh acidity and its delicate sweet taste.
Harvest was by hand to retain all the aromas of each grape variety. The grapes are cold pressed followed by sediemnt removal to allow the clear must to ferment.
Alcoholic fermentation last for up to 18 days. The assemblage of each grape varietal is carefully made, seeking the perfect balance for Don Cristobal White.
