This elegant and harmonious wine from Mendoza-Argentina, results from the assemblage of Merlot, Bonarda and Sangiovese grapes. Having an intense and bright ruby red color, and ripe red fruit aromas, this wine is characterized by its soft tannins and its pleasant structure.
Harvest by hand of each variety separately in March and April, raceme selection, destemming. Must alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature between 24°C and 28°C. Average maceration of 20 days, subsequent malolactic fermentation and decanting in order to remove lees. Production finishes with the blend of wines to highlight the characteristics of each variety.
Blend: Merlot - Bonarda - Sangiovese.
Vineyard: La Santa María, La Niña and La Pinta.
Area of origin: Luján de Cuyo, Junín and Rivadavia, Mendoza Province.
Altitude: 620, 630 and 935 meters above sea level.
Production per hectare: 95 Hl/ha.
