Vineyards and Climate
The Domaines Paul Mas is a group of family estates and long term contracted vineyards across the Languedoc-Roussillon totalling over 700 hectares, but concentrated in two distinct winegrowing regions: Pezenas, north-east of Beziers and Limoux, next to Carcassonne. In Pezenas the primary objective is to create fruitdriven, approachable red wines, whilst in Limoux the emphasis is on cooler climate styles, particularly whites, with clear varietal character and elegant structure.
Respecting their rural roots, sustainable agriculture, supporting growers, and absolute attention to quality at all levels, Domaines Paul Mas offer wines of authenticity for today's discerning wine drinker. They also hold the record for the highest number of wines in the prestigious Top 100 Vins de Pays list and have international wine competition success year after year.
